1.狀況描述：
大概在 Windows 7 的年代就偶爾出現這樣的情況，情況大概就是開機時 Windows 會提醒磁碟有錯誤需要進行掃描，但其實硬碟原本沒事，一執行掃描之後就會發現整顆硬碟在進入系統後消失，這時大概心情也好不起來了，不過當時因為只出現過一次這樣的狀況，排除故障之後沒有做太多紀錄。但同樣的情況居然出現在 Windows 10 的作業系統，而這次比較不同的是，不再問你要不要同意執行錯誤掃描，會自動處理，也就是說硬碟會如下圖的開機執行自動掃描，但進入系統後該硬碟會整顆消失不見。還是把過程紀錄一下，避免下次遇到同樣問題。
然後在 Windows 10 進入系統之後會在如下圖的的提示中，會突然要求你初始化該磁碟，別輕易同意讓他執行處理，一執行之後，原本存在的資料就整個毀損了。
當硬碟出現這樣的狀況時你會發現該硬碟 (E) 會被歸類到未指定的區塊，然後查詢電腦管理中的磁碟管理，會發現該硬碟 (E) 整顆硬碟變成 RAW格式了，當然資料就完全讀不出來了。稍微說明一下這樣的情況，大概就是 MBR/DBR 出現毀損或遺失，簡單解釋就是其實你的硬碟資料並沒有消失，但就很像一本書一樣內容還在但有人把書的目錄撕掉了，而電腦會開始找不到真正的資料在哪頁，此時只要重建索引頁，就可以讓電腦重新找到正確的檔案位置。重要：重建索引頁(MBR/DBR)說起來很簡單，但危險就在這，當你重建錯誤，電腦又不小心寫入資料，你的資料就真的永遠無法救回了。
2.開始拯救資料：
當然很多網站會建議你直接 chkdsk 磁碟代號: /f 來回寫索引資料，這步驟是成也蕭何敗也蕭何，因為 Chkdsk /f 的指令還真的可以修復索引頁並寫入新資料，幸運的話幾分鐘硬碟資料就會全部重現，但就是會有少數不幸運的人被寫入錯誤資料，這時候原資料被錯誤處理就回天乏術了。所以必須要多一個步驟就是找一顆新硬碟 (容量要比原硬碟大，或至少跟原硬碟一樣大，這裡利用4TB的硬碟來備份3TB的硬碟)，利用軟體利用Sector by Sector (逐扇區複製)來一個蘿蔔一個坑來完整複製原損壞的硬碟，當不小心寫入錯誤時，至少還有原硬碟的資料可以重新找其他軟體處理或送硬碟救援公司，不要一股腦地就下 Chkdsk /f 的指令，這是有風險的。
這裡我們利用下載免費繁體中文的映象檔製作軟體 EaseUS Todo Back Free 10.0，這個軟體完全免費只是部分功能會有鎖，但這裡需要的功能並沒有被鎖。利用該軟體的 “硬碟/磁區複製功能“，將源硬碟源整複製到目標新硬碟，當然要記得在選單功能中點選"逐扇區複製“。花費的時間就依照硬碟大小來決定，通常逐扇區複製速度會非常慢，但資料可以保證備份的新硬碟跟原硬碟會一模一樣，這裡的原硬碟是3TB就足足跑了12個小時。(這裡原本使用習慣使用 Acronis Tureimage 來做逐扇區複製，但一直卡在最後一分鐘，還等了連續三個多小時，只好換其他軟體。 )
最重要步驟：當備份好之後，拿新硬碟來做救援，在 Windows 10 左下角那個放大鏡圖案按一下，然後輸入 CMD 指令，接著他會出現一個命令提示字元，不要直接點選開啟，必須移到該ICON上，按滑鼠右鍵並選取 “以系統管理員身分執行“，因為執行這個指令需要最高權限，如果沒有這樣做，下的指令是完全徒勞無功的。接著會出現一個系統管理員：命令提示資源的黑色視窗，直接輸入chkdsk n: /f 的指令並按下 Enter (這裡的n代表該硬碟的磁碟代號)。接著只要等幾分鐘，當成功出現，Windows 已經修正檔案系統，不需要進一步的動作，就已經成功救援回來所有檔案，不需要用任何 Recover 軟體花時間一個個慢慢救回檔案。 (過程很簡單幾分鐘而已，但如果沒有先花時間做磁碟備份，這個指令也會毀掉你的所有檔案心血。)
這個步驟非必要，但如果你用更大的硬碟備份原硬碟，如果原硬碟是3TB，新硬碟是4TB，當救援回來的新硬碟只會用到3TB的容量，有1TB會被遺忘在硬碟裡，這時候就必須再使用一樣免費的軟體 EaseUS Paration Master Free Edition 了(沒有繁體中文)，來將磁區重新調整到4TB，當然這個步驟又要跑很久了，但資料都救回來了，等這段時間是值得的。不過我等了一天，如果是用 Acronis TureImage 來複製硬碟磁區，他會問你是不是要順便調整磁區，就不用浪費這段時間，但 2016 或 WD 新版的 TrueImage 會有Bug，都會卡在最後一分鐘很久。
當硬碟資料救回並調整完新磁區之後，硬碟資料完美無缺的回覆了，而且新硬碟可以再多存一些資料，不過如果允許的話，先不要把舊磁碟刪除資料，至少放個幾周至一個月後再存不重要的資料，因為新硬碟的不穩定期還沒過，如果新硬碟在蜜月期就壞掉，至少還可以再重新救援一次，當然對舊硬碟有疑慮就不要再存用重要的資料了。
